Student & Employee Refunds
Students and employees are strongly encouraged to set up Direct Deposit if a refund is possible. Refunds are issued when excess credits remain on an account after all charges and expenses have been paid. These credits may result from scholarships, loan disbursements, or overpayments.
Direct Deposit provides the fastest method for receiving refunds, as funds are deposited directly into the recipient's bank account.
Two options are available for receiving refunds: Direct Deposit or a physical check.

- Payroll – Used for wages earned through on-campus employment.
