Important Dates and Deadlines for Winter 2026

| January 9 | Add/Drop Deadline |
| January 14 | Disbursement of Financial Aid |
| January 21 | Refunds Begin for Winter |
| January 22 | *Last day for 100% Tuition Adjustment for Discontinuance or Drop |
| February 1 | *Last day for 90% Tuition Adjustment for Discontinuance or Drop |
| February 11 | *Last day for 50% Tuition Adjustment for Discontinuance or Drop |
| February 26 | *Last day for 25% Tuition Adjustment for Discontinuance or Drop |
| April 16 | **Full Tuition Due |
*If you discontinue enrollment before the end of the semester, you will be charged an adjusted price for tuition depending on the date you leave (e.g., April 2 is the last day for a 50% tuition adjustment. If you leave school on April 1, you will only be charged 50% of the cost of tuition).
**Any outstanding balances after the end of the semester will result in a hold on your account and your classes for the subsequent semester will be dropped.
