BYUH students and employees often are required to submit documents to Financial Services. A notification with the request is sent via email, with a reference to this webpage. Documents may be submitted securely by use of the secure link below.

Another option for submitting requested documents is to hand-carry them in person to the Financial Services office located in LSB 180 in the Lorenzo Snow Administration Building.
