Brigham Young University–Hawaii employees and PCC student employees are invited to participate in the Electronic W-2 Signup Campaign. This initiative encourages our campus community to go paperless by opting in to Electronic-Only W-2 delivery through Workday.
By choosing electronic delivery, employees benefit from faster access to tax documents, reduced risk of lost forms, and a more sustainable, efficient process for the university.
Eligibility
Eligible participants include:
- All BYUH full-time employees
- BYUH part-time staff
- PCC student employees
- Must still be employed by January 2026 and expected to receive a 2025 W-2
Raffle Incentive
All eligible employees who opt in by January 9, 2026, will be automatically entered into a campus-wide raffle.

- Bluetooth Speaker
Winners will be selected the week after the deadline and notified via email.
