Important Payroll and W-2 Access Information

In connection with the recent Workday Divestiture Project, access to pay slips and previous years' W-2 tax documents were affected. This page serves as a reference for users experiencing difficulties retrieving their payroll or tax records.

Accessing Pay Slips and W-2 Forms

Employees can access pay stubs (January–September 2025) and prior-year W-2 forms through Workday by following these steps:

  1. Log in to Workday.
  2. Open the Menu in the upper-left corner.
  3. Under Menu, select Pay.
  4. Under Suggested Links, choose Payslips and W-2s.
  5. Scroll down to locate the desired Payslip or W-2 document.

Payroll Access – For Anything Prior to Jan. – Sept. 2025

If you are a current (hired after September 21, 2025) or former employee (paid before January 2025), your paystubs and W-2 forms will not appear in Workday.
