Services available during closure due to COVID-19

Cashier’s Office

The Cashier’s Office is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm for paycheck pickup and other assistance requiring cash handling.

Payments by phone can be taken MWF from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Hawaii Standard Time. Call (808) 675-3718 or (808) 675-3724.

Department personnel should use the deposit dropbox for all deposits, available 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Call Campus Safety & Security at (808) 675-3503 if doors are not open.

Accounts Payable

Pay runs will be generated at least weekly with payments either mailed or direct deposited to banks


Payroll will be processed in the normal manner. Employees should enter time, and supervisors approve time for hourly employees as per normal procedures.
